Super cozy at night and really nice to just sit and watch. I even had a friend ask if it gave off smoke, which made me laugh because it’s obviously not a real fire, but it really does give that vibe.

I wasn’t expecting much at first, but the flame effect on my Fyrelux surprised me. The flicker is soft and natural, and the color shifts a little like an actual flame instead of just looking like a flat orange light...

Returning my order ended up being way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I sent the product back with no issues, but then I had to follow up twice just to get any movement on the refund. It felt like they made it my problem to keep chasing them, even though I’d done my part. The money did finally come through, but it took way too long.

I really wanted to like this, and at first it worked fine. But after using it a few times, the performance started dropping noticeably. It’s not completely useless, but for what I paid, I expected a lot better. I’m irritated, and I’m not holding out hope that any update is going to fix it

I got my Fyrelux order set up last weekend, and overall it was a easy process. The instructions were mostly clear, though there was one section I had to read a couple times before it made sense.

The installation was quicker than I expected, and everything was packed well and fit the way it should. The only annoying part was one screw that was awkward to line up, which slowed me down more than it probably should have.

I’m happy with it overall, but I do think the guide could use better pictures. Since the setup had that small hassle, I’d definitely appreciate some kind of small credit or compensation, but other than that I don’t have any major complaints.

I appreciate when a site keeps things simple and doesn’t make the product seem better than it is. I was going to say it was just a normal order, but no, it was actually a really smooth one. What I got was what I expected, so I’d give it 5 stars.

It does put out some decent heat, but, i was expecting a little more. It works well in a smaller room, but in my living room, it takes a while before I really start to feel the warmth. It’s not bad, just kind of average, for me.

Fyrelux.com looks good overall. The colors are clean, the layout feels modern, and the product photos really pop. Browsing was easy, though a few sections felt a little cramped on mobile. It’s not a huge issue, but it seems preventable with a bit more spacing or cleaner stacking
